Sales Engineer- Power Quality Solutions at Head Office, Bhandarkar Road , Pune.
The opportunity
- Candidate will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of Power Quality Products .
- Works independently with general supervision. Self-motivated and problem-solving Approach, also to influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Promoting Power Quality products to address or predict clients’ objectives, in various segments like Industries, Generation/Transmission/Distribution Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, Channel Partners, Renewables Developers, etc.
- Handling the sales enquiry, technical closures, handling commercial negotiations and finalizing contracts with customers for Power Quality Products.
- Working closely with Procurement departments of customers to finalize the contracts.
- Delivering technical seminars, presentations for Industries, Utilities for identified products and services, as required.
- Identify White Spots, developing growth strategies focused.
- Conducting research, analysing market trends, identifying new markets and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and AI Tools,
- Innovative & creative thinking ability. Problem solving ability.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
- Degree (B.E./B. Tech./Diploma ) in Electrical engineering
- 2-5 years+ of experience in Sales & Marketing, LV& HV Capacitors, Harmonic Filters and Power Quality Products.
- Subject knowledge of Power Quality in must.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required

EMS Engineer- Power Quality Solutions at Head Office, Bhandarkar Road , Pune.
The opportunity
- Candidate will be responsible for to manage and support engineering activities related to MV/LV Capacitor Banks, SVG systems, and Power Quality solutions.
- The role involves system design, integration, commissioning, and support of advanced power factor correction and harmonic mitigation systems in industrial and utility projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Engineering:
- Review and interpret customer specifications and system SLDs (Single Line Diagrams).
- Assist in selection and sizing of capacitor banks, SVGs, detuned reactors, CT/PT, and protection schemes.
- Design EMS and SCADA architecture suitable for capacitor/SVG integration.
- Develop control logic, I/O mapping, and communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, etc.).
- Project Execution:
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of capacitor banks and SVGs.
- Interface with vendors and internal departments for timely project delivery.
- Conduct system integration with EMS, PLC, and remote monitoring platforms.
- Monitoring and Optimization:
- Set up and manage energy monitoring platforms (cloud/local SCADA).
- Analyze power quality data including harmonics, voltage stability, and reactive power flow.
- Provide recommendations for improving system performance and power factor.
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot EMS communication and device integration issues on-site and remotely.
- Provide training and documentation for clients and service teams.
- Coordinate with R&D for firmware updates, feature enhancements, and feedback.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in energy management, power factor correction, or power quality systems.
- Hands-on experience in capacitor banks, SVGs, AHF (Active Harmonic Filter) systems is preferred
- Ready to travel across India on need basis.
